1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WIA website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include taxes where required. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation and delivered within 2 to 5 business days of dispatch. 4. Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition with all tags attached. Limited edition items are final sale and cannot be returned. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost. 5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of WIA and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
WIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
